I don't remember where I first found this recipe, but we love it. I have also seen this called pour-a-pan-pizza. It is quick, easy, and tastes delicious.

Fast and easy, we loved this unique way to prepare a pizza. It's a cross between a deep dish pizza and a pizza casserole. The crust is not a traditional crust. More like bread, it does have a nice texture. Once the crust is made, customize it with the toppings your family likes. We used black olives, mushrooms, and pepperoni, and enjoyed that combination. But mix and match toppings and cheese to suit your needs. Simple to throw together, this pizza recipe uses a few pantry staples. It can be made on those nights you don't know what to make for dinner.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or sausage
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- TOPPINGS
- 1 can pizza sauce (14 oz)
- 1 can black olives, sliced (2.25 oz)
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced (4 oz)
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package sliced pepperoni, to taste
How To Make crazy crust pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2In a large skillet, brown meat until fully cooked.

Step 3While the meat is cooking, combine the remaining crust ingredients. It should be the consistency of pancake batter.

Step 4Spray a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into the pan.

Step 5Top with browned meat.

Step 6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Step 7Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce.

Step 8Top with mushrooms and olives (or your family's favorite toppings).

Step 9Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 10Place the desired amount of pepperoni on top of the cheese.

Step 11Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 - 15 minutes.
