Ingredients For cooking pasta

Slowly drop pasta into boiling water in compatible size pot. Following directions on package.

Bring to a full rolling boil ,stir

Place a tight fitting lid on pot and turn off heat walk away...it will be done when you are ready for it.

Drain and rinse with cold water

Do not do this if you want el'dente pasta As it absorbs water the longer it sits.
