Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    salted butter or use as much as needed to coat chicken
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    dried italian bread crumbs or (i use 1 of the 2 inner packages of gluten free namaste brand italian herb coat mix)
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    parsley
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 lb
    chicken

How to Make Chicken Parmesan

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 15X10" pan with olive oil.
  2. Mix and shake ingredients in a ziploc bag.
  3. In a separate bowl, add ingredients as needed. Coat chicken in melted butter and mix in bowl with ingredients.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
