I found this recipe in a magazine a few years ago and my family and friends really liked it. After moving I misplaced the recipe so had to start making it by memory. It can be changed to soot your taste(mushrooms or no mushrooms etc...). Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

    spaghetti sauce, your choice
  • 9 box
    lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 pkg
    3-4 chicken breast, skinless
  • 1 8 oz. box
    philly cream cheese, lite
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese, low fat
  • 1 large
  • 1 box
    spinach, frozen
  • 1 jar(s)
    mushrooms, canned or fresh

How to Make Chicken Lasagna


  1. Boil chicken,cool,cut into bite size pieces,set aside. Boil Lasagna,cool. Defrost spinach in microwave,drain off water.
  2. Shred chicken in food processor.Combine chicken,cream cheese,1/2C parmesan,1/2C mozzarella,egg and spinach and mix well.
  3. Spray Pam in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Spread a light layer of sauce onto bottom of dish. Lay 3 noodles,followed by the meat mixture,spoon sauce then sprinkle cheese. Continue with layers saving enough cheese to put on top Cover and bake at 350 for 40 min. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and brown. Slice into squares and serve with garlic bread and salad. Enjoy!
