chicken lasagna

I found this recipe in a magazine a few years ago and my family and friends really liked it. After moving I misplaced the recipe so had to start making it by memory. It can be changed to soot your taste(mushrooms or no mushrooms etc...). Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce, your choice
- 9 boxes lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 package 3-4 chicken breast, skinless
- 1 8 oz. boxes philly cream cheese, lite
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, low fat
- 1 large egg
- 1 box spinach, frozen
- 1 jar mushrooms, canned or fresh
How To Make chicken lasagna

Step 1Boil chicken,cool,cut into bite size pieces,set aside. Boil Lasagna,cool. Defrost spinach in microwave,drain off water.

Step 2Shred chicken in food processor.Combine chicken,cream cheese,1/2C parmesan,1/2C mozzarella,egg and spinach and mix well.

Step 3Spray Pam in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Spread a light layer of sauce onto bottom of dish. Lay 3 noodles,followed by the meat mixture,spoon sauce then sprinkle cheese. Continue with layers saving enough cheese to put on top Cover and bake at 350 for 40 min. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and brown. Slice into squares and serve with garlic bread and salad. Enjoy!
