This dish, while yes extremely fattening is extremely delicious! It's been a family favorite for years! It's also very good with pork, when you bake it, the chicken/pork becomes fork tender and gets a delicious buttery flavor, I highly reccomend! **I like to serve this with fettucine or bowties and veggies**

Ingredients For chicken imperial

2 1/2 citalian style bread crumbs

1/2 cgrated parmesan (can be freshly grated or not, either is fine!)

1 1/2 stickbutter (please, please, please only use real butter!)

1 Tbspchopped italian parsley (optional)

4chicken breasts
How To Make chicken imperial

1Melt Butter
-
2Mix together, bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley **if used**

3Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste, then dip each peice of chicken in butter and coat in the bread crumbs, then put into a 9x13 baking pan.

4Once all the chicken is in the pan pour the remaining butter over it, if you don't have much left, melt a bit more **trust me, it's worth it** then bake, for about 1 hr- 1 hr 15 minutes at 350.
