Ahhhh if you want "soul" food...try this one...I guarantee, it is deliciousio! We had it (again) last night, with a neighbor, and they raved! (You don't have to be a paisano to love this dish)!

Ingredients
- 4 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (i use ragu)
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1-2 cup triple cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy pasta bake

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta. Brown beef with vegetables. Add sauce and seasonings. Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thick. Stir occasionally. Drain pasta. Add to sauce and mix well. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Top with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes UNCOVERED, until heated through. ....ENJOY~!
