  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 - egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box - cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pinch fresh basil and parsley

How To Make cheese-stuffed spaghetti and meatballs

  • Step 1
Put a pot of water on the stove to boil for the noodles. Before you touch the meat, (my husband likes to sneak a couple of pieces when I'm not looking) cut up cheese sticks into bite-size pieces, and set aside. Open jar of spaghetti sauce and pour into med sauce pan, throw in your fresh chopped basil and parsley if you have some. But dont turn the heat on yet. Then get ready to get grimy...
  • Step 2
Mix togther all remaining ingredients. pinch off desired meatball size of mixture and place a piece of cheese in the middle and pinch together to form meatballs, Drop into sauce and repeat until you are done. Then turn on your sauce to med-hi and COVER and let the meatballs cook 8-10 mins, sauce will splatter
  • Step 3
By this time your pot of water should be boiling. Go ahead and start cooking your noodles and whatever sides you choose to go with it. We always just have green beans and texas toast ENJOY :)
