1/ Dissolve yeast, sugar in warm water,stir and let rest 10 mins.
mix flour, salt in another bowl.
add water& yeast mixture, as well as olive oil, mix well.
let rest for 10 mins.
knead dough, add flour if sticky.
oil pan before baking. preheat oven @ 425 F .
SHAPE DOUGH AS DESIRED. A BAKING TRAY IS BEST ( RECTAGLE )
ADD TOMATO SAUCE AND SHREDDED MOZARELLA CHEESE.
BAKE FOR 10 MINS UNTIL CHEESE IS BUBBLY.
