How to Make Cement Mixers

  1. For the shells: Mix 10 chopped basil leaves, 1 handful of chopped parsley, the chopped spinach, the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and the Italian blend shredded cheese together in a bowl. Set aside. Boil the shells for 4 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Stuff with above mixture so that the shells will still close. Place in a large deep baking pan.
  2. For the sauce: Brown hamburger, sausage, onions, garlic and peppers til onions are tender, drain off excess grease. Add other herbs and sauce plus a half a jar of water. Simmer for 1 hour stirring often. Pour over shells. Top with mozarella cheese. bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
