1chop all vegetables ans saute' in olive oil, in large pot . in a medium skillet brown ground beef and drain . add to pot with vegetables.
2take out sausages out of casing and mash in pot with a fork. brown all meat good.add 1/2 cup of red wine . put peeled tomatoes in blender and chop. add to pat . season with salt to taste and a dash of black pepper
3cook at medium to low heat for at least 1 hour or until done .boil pasta al dente . drain and add to pot . add cheese and mix well . add more grated cheese on your plate . enjoy .
