Ingredients
- 2 cans large cans tomato sauce (29 oz)
- 2 cans small cans tomato paste
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 4 medium tomato cut into wedges
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium green bell peppers sliced
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 pound lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 pound grated or sliced mozzarella cheese.
How To Make bob's best lasgna

Step 1Add tomato sauce, small cans tomato paste, tomato cut wedges, onion, mushrooms, green bell peppers, sausage,bay leaves, sugar, red wine, garlic and italian seasoning into slow cooker. Cook on low approximately 6 hours.

Step 2Cook noodles to desired texture. In 9 X 13 baking pan layer noodles, ricotta cheese, sauce, mozarella cheese

Step 3Pre heat oven to 350 f. Bake lasagna about 45-60 mins. Let rest 15-20 mins. before serving.
