My Husband and Grandkids just love this Pizza.I usually have to make it twice a month.My Mother lives in Alaska and made this for us when she came to visit.I made a few changes and it is soooo good.

Ingredients

  • PIZZA CRUST
  • 3 cups all purpose flour(must be)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon yeast(like used in bread machine)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water used as needed(generally takes more you want your dough to be tacky
  • PIZZA TOPPING
  • 1/2-1 cup your favorite pizza sauce
  • 1/2 pound fresh mozzerella ball
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms,canned can be used
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup each chopped ham,italian sausage and chopped canadian bacon or meats of your choice
  • 11/2 cups grated mozzerella cheese separated
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese....add more cheese if you like it cheesy.

  • Step 1
    MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS EXCEPT YEAST AND WHISK UNTIL BLENDED.
  • Step 2
    MAKE A HOLE IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE AND ADD OIL THEN YEAST
  • Step 3
    POUR WATER ABOUT HALF AT A TIME AND MIX.ADD WATER UNTIL YOU HAVE A TACKY BLOB
  • Step 4
    POUR MIXTURE ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD WITH FLOUR UNTIL YOU HAVE A SMOOTH BALL.
  • Step 5
    PUT BALL INTO A WELL OILED BOWL AND PUT SOME OIL ON TOP OF BALL AND COVER WITH A TOWEL UNTIL IT RISES DOUBLE.USUALLY 2 HOURS.
  • Step 6
    TURN OUT ON A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD FOR ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES. THEN CUT IN HALF AND ROLL EACH PIECE TO THE SIZE YOU WANT IT.
  • Step 7
    PUT ON A GREASED LARGE PIZZA PAN AND GENTLY STRETCH TO THE SIZE OF THE PAN.
  • Step 8
    THEN PUT YOUR SAUCE NOT TOO HEAVY
  • Step 9
    ADD FRESH MOZZERELLA CHEESE IF AVAILABLE.PINCH THE CHEESE ALL OVER THE DOUGH.ADD SOME GRATED MOZZ.CHEESE JUST ENOUGH FOR THE MEAT TO STICK TOO.
  • Step 10
    ADD CHOPPED MEATS OF YOUR LIKING ,ONIONS,BELL PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS.
  • Step 11
    TOP WITH ABOUT 2 CUPS GRATED MOZZ AND CHEDDAR CHEESE BLEND.
  • Step 12
    BAKE IN A 450 OVEN UNTIL CHEESE IS GOLDEN.
  • Step 13
    LET IT SET FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.THIS MAKES 2 LARGE THIN CRUST OR 1 LARGE THICK CRUST.
