My Husband and Grandkids just love this Pizza.I usually have to make it twice a month.My Mother lives in Alaska and made this for us when she came to visit.I made a few changes and it is soooo good.

Ingredients
- PIZZA CRUST
- 3 cups all purpose flour(must be)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon yeast(like used in bread machine)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water used as needed(generally takes more you want your dough to be tacky
- PIZZA TOPPING
- 1/2-1 cup your favorite pizza sauce
- 1/2 pound fresh mozzerella ball
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms,canned can be used
- 1 package pepperoni
- 1/2 cup each chopped ham,italian sausage and chopped canadian bacon or meats of your choice
- 11/2 cups grated mozzerella cheese separated
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese....add more cheese if you like it cheesy.

Step 1MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS EXCEPT YEAST AND WHISK UNTIL BLENDED.

Step 2MAKE A HOLE IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE AND ADD OIL THEN YEAST

Step 3POUR WATER ABOUT HALF AT A TIME AND MIX.ADD WATER UNTIL YOU HAVE A TACKY BLOB

Step 4POUR MIXTURE ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD WITH FLOUR UNTIL YOU HAVE A SMOOTH BALL.

Step 5PUT BALL INTO A WELL OILED BOWL AND PUT SOME OIL ON TOP OF BALL AND COVER WITH A TOWEL UNTIL IT RISES DOUBLE.USUALLY 2 HOURS.

Step 6TURN OUT ON A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD FOR ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES. THEN CUT IN HALF AND ROLL EACH PIECE TO THE SIZE YOU WANT IT.

Step 7PUT ON A GREASED LARGE PIZZA PAN AND GENTLY STRETCH TO THE SIZE OF THE PAN.
