This is always a big hit at family gatherings. Served with Caesars salad and homemade Italian bread. (I always add extra sauce, so use your on judgement.)

Ingredients
- 12 ounces uncooked ziti
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 28 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 2 - eggs
- 15 packages ricotta cheese
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
How To Make baked ziti

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. In a skillet, cook beef over med-high heat until done; drain. Stir in sauce. In a bowl, combine eggs ricotta cheese 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Step 2Add pasta to cheese mixture and toss to coat. Spoon a third of the meat sauce into greased 13x9 pan; top with half of the pasta mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat sauce.

Step 3Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover; Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
