This recipe is on the back of the Fleischman's Pizza crust yeast. It's so quick and easy.I like to add 1 t. garlic. Also,once,I forgot to add the oil ,it made the crust almost cracker like,which I like. My son,William asked me for a simple pizza recipe and this is the one I sent them. William said he and his "friend" made it and it was simple for these non cooks. I say"friend" because Inez seemed to be around alot but William says,"she not my girlfriend,she's just a friend"

Ingredients
- - 1-3/4-2 1/4 c all purpose flour
- - 1 envelope fleischman's pizza yeast
- - 1 1/2 t. sugar
- - 3/4 t. salt
- - 1 t. garlic powder,optional
- - 2/3 c very warm water
- - 3 tablespoons oil (i use olive oil)
- - pizza sauce,toppings and cheese
How To Make 30 minute pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 deg. Combine 1 c flour,yeast,sugar, salt and garlic(if adding) in a large bowl.Add water and oil. Mix until well blended;about 1 minute. Add gradually,enough remaining flour until soft dough is formed. Dough will be sticky. Knead on a floured surface adding additional flour if needed,until smooth and elastic about 4 minutes. With floured hands ,pat dough out to fill greased pizza pan,or roll dough to a 12-inch circle and transfer to a greased pizza pan. Top as desired with pizza sauce,toppings and cheese. Bake on bottom oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.

Step 2Use your favorite toppings. One of my favorites is pesto,sliced fresh tomatoes and Parmesan cheese,season with oregano,fresh torn basil,salt pepper and olive oil.YUMMY! NOTE: this crust does not rise much so roll out to the thickness you like.Personally,I like thin crust.
