Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    bacon
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1
    9 inch unbaked piecrust
  • 1 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 4 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Quiche Lorraine

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon in skillet until browned and then drain on paper towels.
  3. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on to the piecrust.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and half & half and salt.
  5. Pour mixture into the pie crush and bake 15 minutes at 425. Then turn oven to 350 and bake another 20 minutes or until set.
