Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 - 9 inch unbaked piecrust
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make quiche lorraine

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Cook bacon in skillet until browned and then drain on paper towels.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon on to the piecrust.
  • Step 4
    In a medium bowl, beat eggs and half & half and salt.
  • Step 5
    Pour mixture into the pie crush and bake 15 minutes at 425. Then turn oven to 350 and bake another 20 minutes or until set.
