Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 3 - eggs
- 1 - 9 inch unbaked piecrust
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make quiche lorraine

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Cook bacon in skillet until browned and then drain on paper towels.

Step 3Sprinkle cheese and bacon on to the piecrust.

Step 4In a medium bowl, beat eggs and half & half and salt.

Step 5Pour mixture into the pie crush and bake 15 minutes at 425. Then turn oven to 350 and bake another 20 minutes or until set.
