Had this in Disney for the first time a few years ago and we loved it.

Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 12 slice
    texas toast
  • 4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3/4 c
    sugar

How to Make Puffed French Toast

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first 7 indredients together.
  2. In separate bowl mix cinnamon and sugar set aside.
  3. Heat 1 inch of oil in fry pan (crisco works best).
  4. Dip bread in batter and fry each side until golben brown.
  5. Remove from oil and dip in cinnamon sugar.
