Ingredients
- 1 - whole chicken or beef chuck roast
- - water to cover meat
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cool broth
How To Make poochuns or sliders

Step 1clean chicken or beef and cover with water, boil for 3 hour to make a rich broth. Reserve 1 cup of broth and place in refrigerator to cool,

Step 2in a large bowl mix flour, salt,baking powder and cooled broth, mix until it forms a soft down. roll dough out paper thin on a floured surface, cut dough into squares about 1 inch square.

Step 3remove meat from broth strain out any bones, bring broth to a rolling boil and drop dough squares into broth cool until tender. Serve with potatoes and sweet peas.
