    whole chicken or beef chuck roast
  • ·
    water to cover meat
  • 3 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    cool broth

How to Make poochuns or sliders


  1. clean chicken or beef and cover with water, boil for 3 hour to make a rich broth. Reserve 1 cup of broth and place in refrigerator to cool,
  2. in a large bowl mix flour, salt,baking powder and cooled broth, mix until it forms a soft down. roll dough out paper thin on a floured surface, cut dough into squares about 1 inch square.
  3. remove meat from broth strain out any bones, bring broth to a rolling boil and drop dough squares into broth cool until tender.
    Serve with potatoes and sweet peas.
