  • 32 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    frozen french fries
  • 16 oz
    cheese, shredded (yellow)
  • 1 pkg
    plain potatoe chips

How to Make Hoochie Fries


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place frozen french fries in a pyrex casserole dish
  3. Layer all of the cheese and sour cream on the french fries.
  4. Place a layer of potatoe chips on the very top.
  5. Place in oven and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes. Length of time may vary but make sure the top is brown and cripsy, cheese and sour cream are melted into a sauce like substance.
