How To Make french toast aka snow capped mountains

  • Step 1
    heat griddle/skillet 2 eggs lightly beaten add just a little milk. 1 pinch more or less of cinnamon 1 pinch more or less of nutmeg. mix all together, dip toast and cook until golden brown, flip and cook other side until the same.
  • Step 2
    top with butter and powdered sugar ((Snow)) and enjoy your snow capped mountains of yummyness. a comfort food for sure. should easily make 4 Mountains.
