How to Make FRENCH TOAST aka Snow Capped Mountains

Step-by-Step

  1. heat griddle/skillet
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    add just a little milk.

    1 pinch more or less of cinnamon
    1 pinch more or less of nutmeg.
    mix all together, dip toast and cook until golden brown, flip and cook other side until the same.
  2. top with butter and powdered sugar ((Snow)) and enjoy your snow capped mountains of yummyness.
    a comfort food for sure.

    should easily make 4 Mountains.
