where i live it is alot of french people,cajuns,but,they also cook traditional french dishes down here also,this is easy and very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork,not ground,cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pound sausage links,
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoe
  • 2 cans bean with bacon soup
  • 1/2 can soup can of water
  • 1/4 cup chablis or dry white wine
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

How To Make easy french cassoulet

  • Step 1
    brown the pork an saugage,add the onion,garlic and cook till tender,make sure your pork is done.drain off the pork fat ,add the rest of the ingrediants.mix all this up,and pour into a casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    bake 375 degrees for 1 hour.remove bay leaf and serve with french bread.
