Chandeleur, Feb. 2nd. French tradition to eat Crepes on that day. But really, you can fix them anytime. They are just GOOD!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • - sugar for sprinkling

How To Make crepes

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let the dough rest at least 1 hour before fixing the crepes.
  • Step 2
    When ready, heat the lightly oiled skillet and pour approx. 2 tblsp of dough in the middle and quickly rotate the skillet to cover the bottom with the mixture.
  • Step 3
    Let it cook about 1 minute, or until the edges get a little brown, then flip it to the other side and cook for the same amount of time. You can use a thin spatula, instead of flipping if you want..
  • Step 4
    Place the finish crepes in a serving plate. sprinkle each one individually with sugar and serve. They are also good with Nutella, jelly or anything sweet! LOL
