  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded sharp cheese(good quality required)
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    half & half,(any kind of milk can be substituted)
  • 4
  • 1 pkg
    6 oz frozen crab or substitute
  • 1/2 c
    green onion slices
  • 1/2 tsp
  • ·
    dash of pepper

How to Make crab quiche


  1. Toss the cheese with flour. Add half and half or desired milk, eggs, crab, onion and seasonings. (Old Bay, basil, oregano, cayenne, and lemon thyme are but a few of the many appropiate choices one could us with eggs) and mix well.
  2. Pour into pastry shell (Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or untl set) Serves 6
