Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese(good quality required)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups half & half,(any kind of milk can be substituted)
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 package 6 oz frozen crab or substitute
  • 1/2 cup green onion slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - dash of pepper

How To Make crab quiche

  • Step 1
    Toss the cheese with flour. Add half and half or desired milk, eggs, crab, onion and seasonings. (Old Bay, basil, oregano, cayenne, and lemon thyme are but a few of the many appropiate choices one could us with eggs) and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into pastry shell (Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or untl set) Serves 6
