Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese(good quality required)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups half & half,(any kind of milk can be substituted)
- 4 - eggs
- 1 package 6 oz frozen crab or substitute
- 1/2 cup green onion slices
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - dash of pepper
How To Make crab quiche

Step 1Toss the cheese with flour. Add half and half or desired milk, eggs, crab, onion and seasonings. (Old Bay, basil, oregano, cayenne, and lemon thyme are but a few of the many appropiate choices one could us with eggs) and mix well.

Step 2Pour into pastry shell (Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or untl set) Serves 6
