Ingredients For cinnamon roll french toast

1 canrefrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

2 x lgeggs
-
2/3 cmilk
-
1/4 cmaple syrup, divided

1 tsppure vanilla extract

warm water, as needed
How To Make cinnamon roll french toast

1Bake cinnamon rolls as directed on package. Cool completely.

2Spray griddle or 10" skillet with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375 degrees F. or skillet to medium heat. Slice each roll in 1/2 crosswise.

3In shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup & extract until blended. Dip each cinnamon roll slice into egg mixture, turning to coat completely. Place on griddle. Cook about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

4In small bowl, whisk reserved icing, the remaining 2 tbsp maple syrup & warm water, as needed, to create a pourable consistency. Spoon over French toast.
