We normally don't like things that are "fishy", but the whole family loves these!

Ingredients For zesty salmon patties

  • 3 pkg 5 oz
    pink salmon (skinless & boneless, ready to eat pouches)
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine

How To Make zesty salmon patties

  • 1
    In large bowl combine all ingredients (not butter). Mix well and make into patties.

    Melt margarine over medium heat in skillet. Fry patties 6-8 minutes. Turning once during cooking.

    Suggest serving with noodles or rice.
