Ingredients
- 3 pkg 5 ounces pink salmon (skinless & boneless, ready to eat pouches)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons margarine
How To Make zesty salmon patties

Step 1In large bowl combine all ingredients (not butter). Mix well and make into patties.

Step 2Melt margarine over medium heat in skillet. Fry patties 6-8 minutes. Turning once during cooking.

Step 3Suggest serving with noodles or rice.
