Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon filets, 6 oz each
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons yuzu juice
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 4 cups sushi rice, cooked according to package directions.
- 4 tablespoons furikake
- fresh chives, for garnish
How To Make yuzu salmon with furikake sushi rice

Step 1Mix the soy sauce, Yuzu juice, mirin, and sake together and add the salmon filets and let marinate for 8 hours.

Step 2Heat the broiler. Remove the salmon from the marinade and broil 6 inches from the heat; for about 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 3Plate the sushi rice on 4 serving dishes. Top each one with 1 Tbsp furikake then top with a salmon filet and garnish with chives
