Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon filets, 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons yuzu juice
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 4 cups sushi rice, cooked according to package directions.
  • 4 tablespoons furikake
  • fresh chives, for garnish

How To Make yuzu salmon with furikake sushi rice

  • Step 1
    Mix the soy sauce, Yuzu juice, mirin, and sake together and add the salmon filets and let marinate for 8 hours.
  • Step 2
    Heat the broiler. Remove the salmon from the marinade and broil 6 inches from the heat; for about 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Plate the sushi rice on 4 serving dishes. Top each one with 1 Tbsp furikake then top with a salmon filet and garnish with chives
