- 10 ounces mahi mahi filets cut in half
- 3 ounces yucca root graded
- 3 ounces sweet potatoes
- 2 medium eggs
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Mix yucca and sweet potato and salt and pepper

Step 2Brush fish with eggwash. Top the fish with the mixture.

Step 3Sear mixture side down. When it is golden brown flip it over.

Step 4And finish in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes.
