10 oz
mahi mahi filets cut in half
3 oz
yucca root graded
3 oz
sweet potatoes
2 medium
eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix yucca and sweet potato and salt and pepper
  • 2Brush fish with eggwash. Top the fish with the mixture.
  • 3Sear mixture side down. When it is golden brown flip it over.
  • 4And finish in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes.
