- 4 - whole trout (brown or rainbow)
- 8 slices bacon
- - garlic salt
- - pepper
- - lemon slices
How To Make welsh trout with bacon

Step 1Heat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Wash and dry the trout inside and out.

Step 3Sprinkle inside and out with garlic salt and pepper

Step 4Wrap each fish with 2 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks

Step 5Place fish in a shallow pan.

Step 6Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.

Step 7Serve with lemon slices
