Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets, skin on or off your choice
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and minced
- salt and pepper
- juice of half of lemon
- 1 lemon zested
- 2 teaspoons honey
How To Make walleye with lemon caper sauce

Step 1Season the walleye with salt and pepper and set aside.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients together and set aside.

Step 3Add a little avocado oil to a nonstick pan. If there is skin on the fish, cook it skin side down until the skin is crispy, about 5 minutes.

Step 4Turn and cook on the other side for about 3 more minutes. Pour the caper sauce over the fish and cook 2 more minutes.
