Ingredients
- 8-10 - any kind of fish that you like i use tilipia, or swai
- 3 - eggs beaten slightly
- 3/4 cup milk, 1%
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 package planko any brand
- 1 bottle canola oil or peanut oil would be better
How To Make ultimate cripsy fish

Step 1take eggs, beat in 1 bowl, add milk to another, cornstarch in its own bowl, flour in another bowl, planko in seperate bowl as well.

Step 2Heat oil to 320-350 degrees in boiling pot on stove *do not use fryer* Do not use skillet* Also add 64 fl oz of oil in pot, bring up to temp, and hold temp on stove.

Step 3Take each fillet of fish and cut down to 3 inch piece's. Dip all fish individually in cornstach. Dip each piece individually in egg bowl, and roll in flour sparingly. Let rest for 10 min or so on plate Then dip each piece into milk batter quickly, and roll in planko. Let sit 5 min, and add 5-10 piece's at a time into hot oil, cook until golden brown on both sides usually 5-7 min. Depending on electric stove or gas range, as oil temps can vary some. This fish is scrumptious.. Serve hot or cold. You can freeze and reheat. Just scruptious anyway you eat it. There's alot involved, but the flavor, and crunch is worth all the love..... Enjoy@!
