Take each fillet of fish and cut down to 3 inch piece's.
Dip all fish individually in cornstach.
Dip each piece individually in egg bowl, and roll in flour sparingly. Let rest for 10 min or so on plate
Then dip each piece into milk batter quickly, and roll in planko.
Let sit 5 min, and add 5-10 piece's at a time into hot oil, cook until golden brown on both sides usually 5-7 min. Depending on electric stove or gas range, as oil temps can vary some.
This fish is scrumptious..
Serve hot or cold.
You can freeze and reheat.
Just scruptious anyway you eat it.
There's alot involved, but the flavor, and crunch is worth all the love.....
