tuna tostada melts
My favorite way to eat a tuna melt. I really like the crunchiness of the corn tostada with the tuna. Use your favorite tuna salad recipe if you like.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, packed in water
- 2 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill, dried
- corn tostadas
- grated cheese
- diced tomatoes
How To Make tuna tostada melts

Step 1Drain tuna, peel boiled eggs and chop them up. Set aside

Step 2In a large bowl mix spices, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and mayonnaise. Stir until everything is combined.

Step 3Add tuna and eggs and stir to well incorporated.

Step 4Set oven to low broil. Place tostadas on a baking sheet and top tuna mixture on tostada and cover with cheese I used a blend of sharp cheddar and pepper jack . Broil until cheese is melted. Keep an eye on it so the tostada does not burn. Top with tomato.
