tuna salad
This is an old standard many people make many different ways, but makes the pocketbook go farther in a pinch. Hope you try it my way. But I'll bet it's close to your own recipe. This is also good made up and mixed with a 1/2 pound of cooked, drained macaroni.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained well
- 2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup miracle whip ( start with 1/2 cup, add more if needed to your own preference
- 1 - stalk chopped celery
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup drained, sliced black olives
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash
- 2 tablespoons drained sweet pickle relish
How To Make tuna salad

Step 1drain and flake tuna in a medium sized bowl

Step 2add rest of ingredients, then stir well with a large mixing spoon.

Step 3store in a covered dish in the refrigerator.

Step 4serve with your favorite cracker, bun, bread or in a pita pocket. Great served with sliced tomato and a lettuce leaf
