This is an old standard many people make many different ways, but makes the pocketbook go farther in a pinch. Hope you try it my way. But I'll bet it's close to your own recipe. This is also good made up and mixed with a 1/2 pound of cooked, drained macaroni.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained well
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip ( start with 1/2 cup, add more if needed to your own preference
  • 1 - stalk chopped celery
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup drained, sliced black olives
  • 2 teaspoons mrs. dash
  • 2 tablespoons drained sweet pickle relish

How To Make tuna salad

  • Step 1
    drain and flake tuna in a medium sized bowl
  • Step 2
    add rest of ingredients, then stir well with a large mixing spoon.
  • Step 3
    store in a covered dish in the refrigerator.
  • Step 4
    serve with your favorite cracker, bun, bread or in a pita pocket. Great served with sliced tomato and a lettuce leaf
