Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups favorite pasta - cooked
- 16 ounces mixed vegetables, frozen - thawed out
- 2 cans chunk light tuna - packed in water - drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3/4 cup butter crakers, crushed
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
How To Make tuna & pasta casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350' & spray a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray of your choice.

Step 2Take the mixed vegetables, tuna, roasted red peppers,soup, half & half, and seasoning salt into the pasta until blended well.

Step 3Mix the crackers & the cheese together and sprinkle it onto the top of your casserole and put into the oven uncovered for about 30 to 45 minutes or until the top has turned golden brown.
