  • 1 1/2 c
    favorite pasta - cooked
  • 16 oz
    mixed vegetables, frozen - thawed out
  • 2 can(s)
    chunk light tuna - packed in water - drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 3/4 c
    butter crakers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated

How to Make Tuna & Pasta Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350' & spray a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray of your choice.
  2. Take the mixed vegetables, tuna, roasted red peppers,soup, half & half, and seasoning salt into the pasta until blended well.
  3. Mix the crackers & the cheese together and sprinkle it onto the top of your casserole and put into the oven uncovered for about 30 to 45 minutes or until the top has turned golden brown.
