Ingredients
- 14 ounces elbow noddles
- 1 cup sweet red peppers
- 1 cup cerery
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons butter, cold
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 12 ounces tuna
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make tuna noddle casserole

Step 1cook the pasta

Step 2preheat oven to 350

Step 3melt the butter in a skillet add chopped onion cook 3 minutes then add celery and sweet red peppers and cook another 3 minutes

Step 4sprinkle in the flour,white pepper and salt cook and stir 1 minute

Step 5slowly add the milk stir until thick

Step 6add in pasta , tuna and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese

Step 7and for more flavor if you like add a pinch of fresh dill then pour into a 16 inch dish sprinkle on the rest of the cheese cook uncovered for 20-30 minutes
