Tuna Melts

Linda Griffith

I am a tuna fish lover but am forever looking for different ways to use it. One of the restaurants downtown used to serve a tuna melt sandwich and it was so good. My version of their sandwich is very similar...It was served with a dill pickle and kettle fries...This picture is from tunasalad.com. I will post one of my own soon.
