Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mixed herbs of your choice
- 2 cans each 6 ounce water packed tuna drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 large apple peeled and fine chopped
- 4 slices thick multi grain bread
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 3 - green onion thinly sliced
How To Make tuna melts my way.

Step 1Preheat Broiler with rack 6 inches from heat. In a bowl whisk together the mayo.\, yogurt, herbs.s&p. with a fork break up the tuna into smaller pieces to bowl add tuna, onion and cucumber, apple and half the cheese.

Step 2Place the bread on a baking sheet and lightly toast both sides lay the spinach on the bread and top with tuna mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese broil for 3 to 4 minutes until tuna mix is warm and cheese on top is melted.
