Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup green olives, stuffed
- 6.5 ounces tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup corn flake cereal, crushed
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
How To Make tuna-casserole supreme

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2In a large saucepan, saute onion, pepper and celery in 4 tablespoons butter.

Step 3Stir in soup and milk, and cook over low heat 10 to 12 minutes; add mushrooms, salt, pimiento stuffed olives and tuna.

Step 4Pour into a 2-quart casserole.

Step 5Melt 4 tablespoons butter; stir in corn flakes and almonds.

Step 6Spread on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
