A combination of recipes to give me the tuna casserole that I wanted.

Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni shells and cheese dinner
  • 1 can broccoli cheddar soup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 10 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag lays potato chips, crushed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can tuna, drained

How To Make tuna casserole

  • Step 1
    Prepare the shells according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse. Return shells to hot pot.
  • Step 2
    Add the liquid cheese packet from the macaroni dinner, condensed soup, mayonnaise, mustard, black pepper, tuna, thawed broccoli, and onion that has been sauteed in butter. Gently stir to mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and crushed potato chips.
  • Step 4
    Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
