Found this recipe in a magazine and it's really good!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 6 oz each, tuna in water, drained
  • 1 package 6 oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup real mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3/4 cup water

How To Make tuna cakes

  • Step 1
    Mix tuna, stuffing mix, cheese, mayo, relish and water in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 10 mins.
  • Step 2
    Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each cake into skillet in batches. Gently flatten cakes using a spatula. Cook for 3 min on each side or until they're golden brown on both sides. Turn them carefully.
