Simply that "little extra flavor" makes these so good. Just re- vamped and baked instead of frying.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    can tuna or salmon (un-drained)
  • 1 sleeve
    saltine crackers crushed
  • 2 Tbs
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic pdr
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion pdr
  • 4 tbs
    each, finely diced green yellow and red bell peppers
  • 2 egg
    whites, beaten

How to Make "Tuna Cakes" Exceptionally Supreme

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat Oven to 350.
    grease a baking sheet. or spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place Crushed Crackers in a bowl.
    Add Tuna or salmon Un-drained.
    egg whites, soy sauce and spices.
    Mix until well blended.
  3. Add; diced peppers stir well.
  4. Form into 6-8 patties, place on greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake; for about 8-10 min. turn over and bake another 8-10 min.
    serve with your favorite side dishes, lemon, or tartar sauce.
