Ingredients
- 1 large can tuna or salmon (un-drained)
- 1 sleeve - saltine crackers crushed
- 2 Tbs - soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp - garlic pdr
- 1/2 tsp - onion pdr
- 4 tbs - each, finely diced green yellow and red bell peppers
- 2 egg - whites, beaten
How To Make "tuna cakes" exceptionally supreme

Step 1Heat Oven to 350. grease a baking sheet. or spray with cooking spray.

Step 2Place Crushed Crackers in a bowl. Add Tuna or salmon Un-drained. egg whites, soy sauce and spices. Mix until well blended.

Step 3Add; diced peppers stir well.

Step 4Form into 6-8 patties, place on greased baking sheet.

Step 5Bake; for about 8-10 min. turn over and bake another 8-10 min. serve with your favorite side dishes, lemon, or tartar sauce.
