These tuna cakes are unbelievably good ! There is nothing ordinary about them. Serve with Lemon wedges and tartar sauce. This recipe makes plenty. Great for another meal.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans light chunk tuna, drained (5 oz. each)
- 1 package 6 oz.stove top stuffing mix for chicken
- 1 cup cheese, shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 - carrot, shredded
- 3/4 cup water
How To Make tuna cakes

Step 1Combine ingredients. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Step 2Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cookimg spray on medium heat. Add 1/3 cup portions of mixture, in batches, to skillet.

Step 3Flatted into patties with back of spatula. Cook 6 mintues or until golden brown on both sides, carefully turning after 3 mintues.
