For some weird reason I do not like salmon but I do like tuna. So, we came up with this yummy concoction! My husband likes to use the left overs for a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 3 cans (5 oz) tuna packed in water
- 1 package (6 oz) chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup onions - finely diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
How To Make tuna cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add patties to skillet in batches.

Step 3Cook 6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning carefully.
