1Mix all ingredients and set in refrigator for 10 minutes , Heat a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray over Medium Heat. Use an ice cream scoop that will hold 1/3 cup of mixture and put one ice cream scoop of mixture at a time ,working in batches in the skillet.
2Flatten into patties with the back of the spatula. cook 3 minutes on one side, turn over and cook 3 more minutes or untill golden brown, on both sides. when each pattie is done place on paper towel lined plate to drain. serve and enjoy
