Ingredients
- 2 cans light tuna in water, drained an flaked (5 oz. ea. )
- 1 package stove top stuffing for chicken ( 6 oz. )
- 1 cup shredded mld chedder cheese
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 - ,carrot shredded
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
How To Make tuna cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients and set in refrigator for 10 minutes , Heat a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray over Medium Heat. Use an ice cream scoop that will hold 1/3 cup of mixture and put one ice cream scoop of mixture at a time ,working in batches in the skillet.

Step 2Flatten into patties with the back of the spatula. cook 3 minutes on one side, turn over and cook 3 more minutes or untill golden brown, on both sides. when each pattie is done place on paper towel lined plate to drain. serve and enjoy
