Ingredients
- 2 - 6 oz cans solid white tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 large eggs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make tuna burgers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Mix lightly.

Step 3Add onion,celery, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, and pepper. Mix again lightly and gently form into 4 patties.

Step 4Heat the oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat and cook patties, covered, until golden brown.

Step 5Carefully flip the patties and cook on other side for 5 minutes.

Step 6Finish baking in oven until golden brown.

Step 7Serve with fried potatoes and homemade colesalaw.
