Ingredients

    3-lb. trout filet
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    slivered almonds
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp
    chopped parsley

How To Make

  • 1
    Saute trout in 1/2 stick of butter until golden brown and cooked through. Put aside and keep hot. Brown almonds in remaining 1/2 stick of butter and add lemon juice. Pour over trout and sprinkle with parsley. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings.
