Ingredients
- 1 - 3-lb. trout filet
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tablespoons slivered almonds
- - juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
How To Make trout amandine

Step 1Saute trout in 1/2 stick of butter until golden brown and cooked through. Put aside and keep hot. Brown almonds in remaining 1/2 stick of butter and add lemon juice. Pour over trout and sprinkle with parsley. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings.
