Ingredients

1
3-lb. trout filet
1 stick
butter
4 Tbsp
slivered almonds
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp
chopped parsley

Step-By-Step

1Saute trout in 1/2 stick of butter until golden brown and cooked through. Put aside and keep hot. Brown almonds in remaining 1/2 stick of butter and add lemon juice. Pour over trout and sprinkle with parsley. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings.
