Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 - inch size ginger peeled
- 1 tablespoon tom yum paste
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 small lime juice and zest
- 3 - scallions white parts only
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 - white fish fillets your choice i used bass
- 1/2 cup coconut cream milk
- - cilantro or chives for garnish
How To Make tom yum fish fillet

Step 1Place all ingredients except fish fillets and coconut cream in a food processor. Process to a paste.

Step 2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place fish on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread 1/2 the paste mixture over each fish. Cover with foil and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 3Heat the coconut cream with the remaining paste.Serve the fish over rice or rice noodles. Pour the coconut cream sauce over top and garnish with cilantro or chives.
