  • 6
fillets of tilapia, - thawed (i used the whole bag of frozen ones that i got a wal mart)
  • 1 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzerella cheese
  • ·
    season to taste

How to Make Tilipia Parmesean

  1. Preheat oven to 400*

Grease a 9x13 baking dish, spray it with pam, however you prefer to grease it. Wash your fish and place the fillets in the pan. Sprinkle with Seasoning salt and and course ground garlic. Pour the spaghetti sauce over top. You dont have to use all of it if you dont want to... I think I wound up using about 5/6 of it.

Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Turn your oven off and take the fish out. Sprinkle the Cheese over the top and place the fish back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
