  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 bass filets
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large bird's eye chili sliced
  • garlic chives or cilantro for serving

How To Make thai bass filet w lime chili garlic sauce

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chicken stock together. Arrange the fish filets in a baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle the garlic and chili's on the fish. Pour the sauce over and bake until the fish is opaque and flakes easily. About 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve immediately garnished with garlic chives
