- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 bass filets
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large bird's eye chili sliced
- garlic chives or cilantro for serving
How To Make thai bass filet w lime chili garlic sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chicken stock together. Arrange the fish filets in a baking pan.

Step 2Sprinkle the garlic and chili's on the fish. Pour the sauce over and bake until the fish is opaque and flakes easily. About 15 minutes.

Step 3Serve immediately garnished with garlic chives
