tequila lime sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon scallions
- 3 tablespoons tequila
- 1/2 tablespoon chicken base
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon roux
How To Make tequila lime sauce

Step 1In a sauce pot combine heavy cream, half and half, water and chicken base.

Step 2Bring it up to a simmer for 5 minutes and wisk the roux.

Step 3Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Step 4Wisk in tequila, lime juice, white pepper and scallions.

Step 5Cool and cover.
