- FOR THE BATTER
- 1 cup cake flour
- 3/4 cup very cold club soda
- RED SNAPPER
- 4 red snapper fillets
- salt and pepper
- oil for deep frying
- kewpie mayo for drizzling
How To Make tempura battered red snapper with kewpie mayo

Step 1Whisk the cake flour and club soda together to make a thin batter but not runny. Season the fish with salt and pepper

Step 2Bring oil to the 350 degree temperature. Dredge the fish in the tempura batter. Deep fry about 5 to 7 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish and until it's golden brown.

Step 3Drain on paper towels. Served drizzled with Kewpie Mayo
