Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup crushed ritz type crackers
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 - squeezed lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tasty salmon patties

Step 1Clean the bones from the canned salmon and break up with your hands.(you may want to use gloves)

Step 2Beat the egg in a bowl, add the salmon, crackers, corn, lime juice, ketchup and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3Form and shap into patties.

Step 4Heat the tablespoon of oil in skillet. Drop the patties into the pan and cook approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.

Step 5Carefully remove from pan and serve with vegetable or salad.
