How to Make Tasty Salmon Patties
- 1Clean the bones from the canned salmon and break up with your hands.(you may want to use gloves)
- 2Beat the egg in a bowl, add the salmon, crackers, corn, lime juice, ketchup and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- 3Form and shap into patties.
- 4Heat the tablespoon of oil in skillet. Drop the patties into the pan and cook approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.
- 5Carefully remove from pan and serve with vegetable or salad.
