  • 1 can(s)
    pink salmon
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
    crushed ritz type crackers
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2
    squeezed lime
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Tasty Salmon Patties


  1. Clean the bones from the canned salmon and break up with your hands.(you may want to use gloves)
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl, add the salmon, crackers, corn, lime juice, ketchup and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Form and shap into patties.
  4. Heat the tablespoon of oil in skillet. Drop the patties into the pan and cook approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Carefully remove from pan and serve with vegetable or salad.
